According to a report, Jordan Brand is now set to bring back the Air Jordan 17 Low. Although no information regarding colorways has surfaced just yet, the model was last seen back in February 2018 with the SoleFly x Air Jordan 17 Low collaboration. The 2024 return of the Air Jordan 17 Low is now expected to feature original colorways along with a series of new takes.
The Air Jordan 17 was introduced back in February 2002 during Michael Jordan‘s time playing for the Washington Wizards. The model inspired by jazz was designed by Wilson Smith III and was equipped with the band’s first-ever Tuned Air cushioning system.
The Air Jordan 17 Low features a dynamic low-cut design with leather uppers paired with Dynamic Fit inner sleeves. The two-part design created a supportive fit that works with the lace-up closures, full-length shank plates, and TPU heel stabilizers for support. Additional detailing on the shoe comes in the form of metallic chrome elements and perforations. Finally, the shoe is completed by lightweight phylon midsoles with herringbone traction rubber outsoles.
The Air Jordan 17 Low is now expected to re-release sometime during the Spring 2024 season.
